International Shipping

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Options: We offer a variety of international shipping options, with delivery times ranging from 7-30 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that international shipping fees do not include customs, duties, or taxes, which may be applicable in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment online.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Precious Jewels LLC is no longer responsible for it. We recommend using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s journey
